Senior Full-Stack AI Agent Engineer (React/Electron)

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build the Eigent desktop and web application. You will own the front-end architecture of our AI agent platform — a React/Electron app that lets users orchestrate, monitor, and interact with AI agents in real time.

Responsibilities

Architect and build features across the React/Electron desktop app and Next.js web frontend
Design and implement real-time agent communication interfaces (WebSocket, SSE)
Collaborate with backend and AI teams to define and consume APIs
Own the performance, accessibility, and polish of the user interface
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to front-end standards

Requirements

5+ years of professional frontend development experience
Deep expertise in React (hooks, state management, performance optimisation)
Experience building Electron desktop applications
Comfortable with TypeScript and modern tooling (Vite, Webpack, etc.)
Experience with real-time data (WebSocket, SSE) preferred
Strong product intuition and attention to design detail

This is a high-impact role at a small, fast-moving team. You will have direct influence over the product experience and the technical direction of the front end.
